1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the mobile app Safe Bay Finder, its services, and offered subscriptions.

2. Services of the App

The app offers:

• Display of safe bays

• Weather data

• Map and navigation features

• Community features

• Premium features in subscription models

The availability of the app may vary due to technical reasons. There is no entitlement to permanent use.

3. User Account

Registration is required to use certain features.

The user is obliged to:

• provide accurate information

• keep their access data confidential

• not transfer their account

4. Subscriptions and Prices

The app offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Standard Subscription: 2 CHF/month

• Pro Subscription: 4 CHF/month

Payment processing is done through the Google Play Store.

Prices may be adjusted – users will be informed in a timely manner.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly in the Google Play Store.

After cancellation, premium access remains until the end of the current billing period.

6. Third-Party Content

The app uses external data sources:

• Weather

• AIS ship positions

• Geodata

• Wikipedia / Wikidata

PMCO assumes no responsibility for their accuracy.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Use is at your own risk.

PMCO is not liable for:

• Damage from incorrect data from external providers

• Navigation errors

• Technical failures

• Use in dangerous situations (sea/boat/coast)

The app does not replace an official nautical chart, navigation instruments, or professional advice.

8. Prohibited Use

The following are not allowed:

• Abuse of API data

• Manipulation or reverse engineering

• Use of the app for illegal purposes

• Sharing of premium features

9. Changes to the App & Terms and Conditions

PMCO may adjust the app and its terms at any time.

10. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.

The jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
