Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General
This policy applies to all subscriptions for the Safe Bay Finder app made through the Google Play Store.

2. Refunds (Google Play Policy)
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store.
The Play Store offers the following options:
• Refund within 48 hours (automatic or manual request)
• After 48 hours, Google Play decides on the refund
• PMCO has no direct influence on this

3. Cancellation / Termination
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via:
Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
A cancellation does not automatically lead to a refund.

4. No refund for partial periods
If a subscription is canceled, premium access remains active until the end of the period.
No partial refund will be issued.

5. Technical Issues
In case of technical errors that significantly impair the service, a refund request can be submitted.
